What to include

  • Your license email or purchase email.
  • Your macOS version and Lightroom Classic version.
  • Whether the issue is installation, activation, permission approval, keyboard shortcuts or mouse wheel control.
  • A screenshot if an activation or permission message appears.

First things to check

  • Run the LrTurboKeys installer.
  • Open Lightroom Classic.
  • Allow macOS Accessibility access when prompted.
  • Restart Lightroom Classic if shortcuts do not respond after installation.

License help

LrTurboKeys uses online activation with offline access for normal travel and field work. If you move to a new Mac, deactivate the old activation first or contact support.
