What to include
- Your license email or purchase email.
- Your macOS version and Lightroom Classic version.
- Whether the issue is installation, activation, permission approval, keyboard shortcuts or mouse wheel control.
- A screenshot if an activation or permission message appears.
First things to check
- Run the LrTurboKeys installer.
- Open Lightroom Classic.
- Allow macOS Accessibility access when prompted.
- Restart Lightroom Classic if shortcuts do not respond after installation.
License help
LrTurboKeys uses online activation with offline access for normal travel and field work. If you move to a new Mac, deactivate the old activation first or contact support.
